    One  Beautiful  Louisiana wood  decoy 'Captain  America'  carved  by  acclaimed  Houma  carver   Roy  Pelegrin., Houma , Louisiana..signed on the bottom,..,,and  intials RP  carved  on bottom  as  well.
    Some  areas  pf natural  wear(a  few flecks of  paint),  pictured.
    Heroic  is  a  word  which describes  this  large  decoy,,,bold classic strong  lines with  a   wonderful  semiabstract design  and  solid  blocks  of  red ..white,,and blue.....We  salute  you Roy  for carving this wonderful Patriotic  decoy.
    A  lovely  collectible, previously  exhibited.....great    addition  to your   Duck  decoy collection...
    This  decoy  was  exhibited  at  the  Whitney National  Bank in  1978...tag on the bottom  identifying the  exhibition., pictured.
    Also  this  decoy  is originally from the   decoy  collection of the  acclaimed  decoy  collector...the legendary  Charles  Frank.
    Sticker  identifying  Frank's collection  is on the bottom of the  decoy.
