    I am not sure which (VINCENT) IT IS WHO CARVED THIS DECOY, MAYBE SOME ONE OUT THERE WILL KNOW
    measures approx. 17 inches from bill to tip of tail, stands 8 inches tall..........5 1/4 inches wide...........
    and may i say very well done............found in old house where some older folks had passed, family was selling things.  I paid a premium price for it.   thank you
