Size: 1.5" One small single strand.
Growing guide: It's not necessary to buy a whole bunch of these at once. The existing bulbs on the macro will often not continue growth in a new system. The new growth will come from the stem so patience is necessary when growing these out but it's worth the wait. This macro requires medium flow and medium lighting. Too much light can bleach the macro. Nutrient levels should be detectable but is not too important since this is a slow growing macro.
During the course of grow out it's possible the bulbs might fall but as long as the stem is healthy they can regrow. Consider this macro medium/difficult. The bulbs can be finicky but the stem itself is extremely hardy and can regrow.
