This piece measures 12" high while the barn swallow is life-size at 9" long and 13" wing tip to wing tip. "Casey's Flyers" have become very famous and collectible, as he is the only person in the country carving so many different bird species in so many different positions and settings, with such consistency, originality and quality, like with this flying barn swallow. It is situated on a vintage piece of barbed wire (Casey dulled the barbs).
