Vintage 1991 Mattel Star Stepper Barbie Dream Horse #2575 NEW. Condition is "New".  The box is taped but it looks like factory tape.  It has yellowed with time.

All items that I sell are considered collectible.  Once they are opened their value decreases in half.  I do honor returns if the item comes back to me in the same shape it left.  If it looks the same you will get a full refund.  If you open a collectible item and want to return it you will receive the market value of the loose doll or other item.  I cannot see flaws on a doll from 40 years ago in a box.  Most collectors leave items in the box, but for those of you that display dolls outside of the box don't expect a full refund if you opened the box.
